I live in a rural area and had my muffler get really noisy really fast on Sunday. I looked at it and looked around the house to see what I had. I found a Harley Sportster muffler I had bought with the intention of putting on my old Guzzi and never did. It has one hole drilled in the back of it to make it a little louder than stock but not bad. Anyway a hacksaw to get rid of the old muffler, a bid of metal strapping, a few nuts and bolts, maybe a pipe size adapter and one or two muffler clamps and I was back on the road. It's been on there for over 3 years now. Had to repair the front pipe infront of the cat this year at a muffler shop. The guy grinned when he saw the muffler. But hey it's passed Missouri inspection twice!
