can someone give me the audio wiring diagram for mk1?

just bought a 1988 forsa turbo and here's what the radio slot looks like:

also do I have to remove dash to take the front speakers out?

I don't have a diagram but you should be able to pop the covers off and remove the speakers with a very short screwdriver. The white plug facing the camera looks like it's for the speakers. checking the colours at the speaker should verify that. If it's a 4 speaker system the other plug should have a pair of green wires and a pair of (usually purple) other wires. Generally green or grey is left side and white and the other colour is right side. Yellow goes to constant power to hold memory, red to switched power so the deck turns off with the key and black to ground. Blue is power antenna or to trigger an amp. You can wire the yellow and red to the same constant power if you don't mind turning off the deck yourself every time you park the car.
