Call him. I know he is not always good about email. But he does answer them. I will drop him an email today. I need to check on my parts. If I do not hear from him in a while I will call him also.

but it's also about him not being around and I confirm that it's been a while since the last time he came on the board (june 22 to be precise)

I too am another person waiting for goods from Grasphoer. Its the fact his not giving anyone updates which concerns me. People have said thats his having trouble logging in, is really busy, havign computer issues etc, well its been a few months now, no one is that busy and has that many issues!! I think it only fair that we just get some feedback, for something that we have already paid for.

Well these people have been waiting on their orders for a while with absolutely no updates from him. I think it would show a little professionalism for him to at least make time to answer some emails or, as suggessted a few times, make a new user account to keep everybody in the loop. I have no doubt that he is busy but he still needs to keep in touch with customers regardless of wether or not its from the internet or a walk in customer.

I am one that is held up on my order. Plus it would not have taken so long. If the other members had paid. Like the way they said they would. I have updated the post. If you look I stated that he said he had a problem logging in. As for non over fender stuff. I checked just to be nice. I know no more of the details than what I posted. The ways I have stated work. I contact him this way. It does take a bit of time. Some times it takes a few days to respond. Some times longer.

I would suggest some patience. Posts every couple days do nothing. When I told you how I contact him. If it works for me. It will work for anyone.

Yes...and if you look you'll see that we have looked several times and his account checks OK. If its the board that is having issues then making a new account should allow him to visit the site. It wouldn't be the first time that somebody opens a second account when they have had problems logging in. I find it ridiculous that people, yourself included, waiting for parts have to do the legwork now of tracking him down and hoping that he returns calls/emails. Your experience with contacting him has been good...but others here are in different countries and making a call is impractical. Waiting for emails that don't get answered is downright frustrating.

Lets just leave it open for a while, and see how it works out.

I've been assured that my fender flares have been posted, and can only hope that this is the case. I requested a service that provided a tracking number, but have not heard back from him since.

simple solution; ask for the tracking #, and ask for a PIC/RECEIPT of the tracking details. look it up yourself. ensure that the dates and times on it are clear, as well as the declarations of what's being sent.

that sounds like the classic "I sent it, you lost it" bullshit story crooks on fleabay use all the time.

Agreed. If he has proof that you signed for it then you should be able to see that over the internet and there should have been a tracking number to go with it.

Looks like I have the only luck contacting him.

itsageo PM me your info. address, full name, when you paid etc. So I know as much as I can. I will see if I can get him to respond. Or at least give me the info. I hope I can help resolve the problem.

Do not get me wrong I have not got my parts yet. But I will. If I do not see mine by the end of this week. I will start calling and emailing again. I have kept Hertz informed as much as I can. We both need the same parts.

But I think this will be the last deal I work with Phil.

Casey I hope he has not done any glass work for you!
After fighting nearly a year on this and getting a product not usable. I would not have him do anything!
