I was wondering if people could pool their information/experiences on all the bolts/studs/washers/nuts that are used on and in the 1.3L DOHC 16v. Information like size, length, thread type, as well as possible dealer/aftermarket part order numbers, junkyard swaps, or anything else worth mentioning. Maybe also post links to threads that mentioned related info already.

The main one I want to know about at this moment are the exhaust manifold studs/flange nuts.

all that data is available from the swift parts manual if you can decipher it.

all the hardware is fine thread metric - 6mmx1.0, 8mmx1.25, and 10mmx1.25, etc.

the intake and exhaust manifold studs are 8mmx1.25x40mm. i have a supplier for those in a2 stainless. i also have the specific dimensions for various sets, water pump, oil pump, oil pan, etc. as those are all the same for the g family block, just different quantities for some fasteners depending on whether it's a g10 or g13. since i favor the g10t, i make orders for that engine but it uses the same basic fastener set as the g13.

your alternative to the parts manual is to sit down with the parts and measure them. don't be surprised to find that the bigger bolts, like for the engine mount brackets, are $8 to $12 each. it's really tough to find big hardware like that in fine threads, especially in stainless alloys.
