hey, i need some expert advice

i asked a couple of people that have more knowledge than me but with not getting any notifications from the server, i figured id ask here as well

i have a 93 1.0 geo metro that the fuel pump has crapped out in (finally)

i have already purchased a new 94 swift gt pump in preparing to swap in a turbo3 engine somewhere down the road(still trying to get everything together, machine work, etc).

my 10,000 dollar question is can i simply drop the gt pump into my metro tank and run the car? will the stock 1.0 tbi regulator handle the upgrade?

anyone done this already?

any help greatly appreciated

bob

GTi/T3 FP = average 32 PSI <<<< MPFI
Metro FP = average 12 PSI <<<< TBI

To be honest, you would flood the engine with the gasoline. :?
