How large can I bore out 95 G10 throttle body? Or is there a pretty straight forward swap out there? Would I need to match the intake?

It's been a while, but I think you can go out as far as 42 without any problems. You have to do the intake as well. Stock is 38 for the early ones, and 36 for the 95+

I have referred a few customers to maxbore and they've been happy with the service

I can second what Suprf1y is saying... I have had Maxbore do 2 for me with awesome results.
