Hello Neo Mk1 Just having a look at the Red Gti in your photos.
Just want to know the specs on those wheels (size, brand etc.)
Ive got a 87 gti with full rebuild and mild motor mods.

wow! i got to ask, are those pics touched up? the reflection on the side of the car doesnt look real. either way, i like the hub caps, even though you dont. :)

Add a little liquid wax on the water every car wash & you'll get a good result.

And a little touch up on photoshop of course :-P, but the reflection on the hood of the first pic is real.

Hey Ground rat, Where did you find those rims on your car? That looks AWESOME! i liek the wide stance. also what backspaceing are they?

They are 7" (I think) MRT spun steel wheels w/ 225/45/13 hoosier slicks. I don't know the BS offhand, but I'll get back to you when I figure it out.


I've recently made some changes to my car. I'm running a K03 turbo now and an MR2 IC. I will be adding propane injection to supplement fuel as soon as the motor is broken in and I turn the boost up. It's still a work in progress...

Hey ''Ground Rat'' What do use your car for I see the slicks but here in NC thats illegal..Looks awesome I bought a 87 sprint but havent brought it home yet Whats the best first upgrades i should do to it???

I got 15 inch wheels with 195/ 45 R 15 tyres.... And I lowered it 35 mm the rest is just stock :blackeye:

Ohhh... yeah i needed to modify my rear fenders :drunk: Or else or won't fit right :mrgreen: But that just meens scraping tyres :vibe:
