These are miscellanious scans from the Suzuki SA310 factory service manual. The information here should apply to most MK1 Sprints, Fireflies, Forsas and SA310s (exceptions apply).

image_id: 9822

Periodic Maintenance 0B-6 (spark plug gap* and ignition wire check)
image_id: 9823

Manual Rack and Pinion 3B1-13 (torque specs for steering rack and tie rod components)
image_id: 9824

Front Suspension 3C-9 (front brake exploded diagram, wheel stud installation, torque specs)

image_id: 9829

* does not apply to turbo models
** does not apply to '85 - '86 models with leaf springs
*** only applies to '87 - '88 models with ECU controlled feedback carb

This is the whole chapter on heater and ventilation service. This only applies to '87 - '88 vehicles with the updated dashboard.

Wiring Diagrams
Full vehicle wiring diagrams. Note: almost every different MK1 seems to have it's own wiring diagram depending on engine, transmission and even model year. Wiring diagrams are only considered accurate for the exact models listed below:

Those used to be clickable thumbnails.
They were shortcuts to the gallery section on MK1's Factory Service Manual Scans and other member's pictures.
The links were messed up in the last server move, but all the pictures and more are available here:

gallery/album.php?album_id=5

and here:

gallery/album.php?album_id=1

As of this post, that's over 44 pages of information, from engine to transaxle.

Hope this helps.

Once you get the cars dialed-in (compression, leaks, bearings, alignment, brakes) swap in new rubber and glass, you've got something which should last for years!

They way the links were formatted under the old forum software were broken during the last upgrade. I've just updated all the links, so everything should work again. The small images are actually thumbnails, and you can now click on them to see the full sized image.

I fixed the links a long time ago, however some of the files are no longer on the new server. I still do have files, but all my MK1 tech docs total to 181 megs. I'm on limited bandwidth, but if you send me a SASE with blank media of your choice, I can mail it back to you with the files on it. PM me for my shipping info.

Hi Lihtan, so glad to learn you're still driving a Suzuki, we seem to be a dwindling crowd.

Thank you very much for posting those FSM links and then fixing the ones you could after they broke. I'm trying to fix the ECU and MCS carburetor wiring on a 1988 Forsa w. 5spd. manual trans that I just bought and I got to the point where I needed a wiring diagram, and since mine was rendered unreadable by rats munching on it, I was dead in the water for about a week until I discovered the Mk1 wiring diagram you had posted in this thread. I'd missed it before because I thought the links to the diagrams were broken, but I just happened across it a few days ago as I was aimlessly surfing through teamswift threads wondering how to fix my car.

I want to buy a USB memory stick, or thumb drive, or whatever they're called, and get it to over to you for you to download the rest of the Mk1 FSM onto it if you could, but how many Giga Bytes should the memory stick be? I'm guessing even just one GB should be enough so any memory stick with more capacity than that would suffice but before I acquire one I thought I should ask you what size is sufficient. I'll send you a PM with some contact info for me on it and I'll also be quite happy to shoot you twenty bucks or whatever for downloading the FSM onto a USB stick for me because that's what anyone on Craigslist is asking for FSMs they've downloaded on to CDs.

How's your bandwidth now? I could provide a host for those files if necessary. I would greatly appreciate if someone could provide me the service manual as well :)
