After 12 tanks of fuel and testing this is what I"ve found. At dwell 21 47.23mpg, dwell 24 47.12mpg , dwell 27 48.59mpg, dwell 30 48.93mpg. dwell 34 44.76mpg, dwell 36 42.98mpg. So after many test I've found that stock seting will give you the best results. 27-30 is where your going to see the best results. I have found that (float level) has more impact on MPG then dwell setting ...yup. float is in middle and set dwell to 27. So there you go.... Float in middle, dwell set to 27 = almost 50mpg for me. My best mpg was 57.34 at 55mph from turlock,ca to exeter,ca on a hot day drafting a truck..... my avg town and highway 44.21mpg.
