My Swift gti engine died yesterday and i am thinking instead of fix it to build a turbo engine instead.
I would like to know exactly everything i have to do and buy to build a durable T
I have the engine in a Mini so i can't buy any kit, it wont fit.
Turbo.
Manifold.
Pistons.
Rods.
Intercooler....... what else?
I would like it to be about 200hk and im hinna drive alot of trackdays.

Your list looks about right. The stock rods will hold plenty of hp as long as your tune is right. You'll want to consider how you want to control fuel and timing.

My first build used Apexi AFC and MSD boost timing master.

Hi,

Impreza TD04L turbo(I have a spare)
Log style manifold( I have one already made to fit above)
G13BB Jimny pistons(to make it lower CR than std 10:1)
Inter cooler(not sure what size) what space in the Mini?

Can you show us your Mini build with engine in as I have myG13B in my '68 Mini?
