Hello,

I'm selecting an upgrade kit for my G13B, but I need some help to validate my chooses and I count with your experience.

I will use a CatCams for camshafts, identical to 210/340 that almost everyone uses, and I already have them laying down on the shop.

For valves I'm thinking going to +1mm and I will use the Honda D16A6 for Exhaust and Honda D16Z6 for intake:

Ferrea
F1857P E 25 mm 5.5 mm 118.75 mm 4.35 mm 25º Flo. Stock size. Super Alloy
F1822P I 30 mm 5.48 mm 118.6 mm 1.9 mm 20º Super Flo. Stock size

Or
SuperTech
Supertech Forged Exhaust Valve Set for Honda Civic CRX Del Sol D15 D16 HEVN-1003
Supertech Forged Intake Valve Set for Honda Civic Del Sol Acura EL HIVN-1012

About pistons I will use the P29/PM7 with 76mm from Nippon Racing like this
http://www.ebay.com/itm/JDM-High-Compression-ZC-P29-Pistons-Civic-CRX-Si-D16-ZC-Rings-D16Y-STD-75mm-/181131925270?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2a2c4dd716&vxp=mtr

1) I will need that you validate the valves and piston choices, secondly I will need the ARP main studs and ARP Head studs, where to source and part numbers are welcome?

2) I will need a 76mm piston copper gasket to reduce the compression and avoid problems with valve clearances and I need some information in how to calculate that and where to source them?

3) Where I can source racing main and rod bearings and and what I will need to complete the valve train?

4) What I will need customize (besides the valves seats and overbore the block) - I did not understood what I have to do to on the stock conrods to use the P29 pistons, any idea?

5) And about the valves length what I have ask to do exactly?

6) Does Stock ECU with Toms II Rally Chip or 210/340 chip are good enough, which best?

Regards,
Miguel

I think you can find some of the parts you need on the Suzuki Racing Developpement site:

www.suzukird.com

I know they have ARP Main Studs and ARP Head Studs.

Hi Bruno,

Thanks for the info, but the prices are too high on that site.

Do you have other recommendation?
