I know other things abaout DOHC conversion on g16b with g13b dohc head.

I want to put it in 4x4 subaru justy ( swift 4wd ) with 1.3 AWD gearbox. I know that I need 4wd flywheel but with one? I have a 1.3 AWD and 1.3 GTI flywhell.. But dont have a 1.6 AWD ;/ and I thing that i must have this from 1.6 AWD to math starter motor with crank .

Anyone? Please let me know what flywheel i can use and what clutch ( 200mm clutch from 1.3 awd and 1.6 awd is the same I thing )

Best Regards From Poland and sorry for my Bad English

The g13b awd flywheel is the same diameter as the fwd one just thicker, the g16 flywheels are bigger diameter are they not?

The bell housing bolt pattern is different between the g16 and g13 so ideally you should use a 1.6 awd box with the g16 block, you may be able to use the adapter plate that the 4wd off roader guys use that adapts the g16 block to the rwd 1.3 gearbox.

You need the flywheel and clutch that belongs to the gearbox, g13b awd gearbox requires a g13 awd flywheel but it won't directly bolt up to a g16 block.

Why not just build a turbo g13b, the G16 is not a very good engine for making HP, ridiculously long stroke.

I have a special plate to put it together so it's no problem to make g16B with 1.3 gearbox

OK so i put a 1.3 AWD flywheel.

Hi,

Justy gearbox won't fit G16 engine bell housing.
You need to get G16 bell housing to fit or try to get a Swift Gti AWD saloon gearbox.
You will need to get hold of AWD flywheel like every one else says. input shaft bearing is different size to Gti.
Good luck!

Cheers
Atchi
