Post in this thread if you are willing to help someone in your area (local or in transit). Any help you are comfortable with. No one needs to work for free unless they want to and time is when you can. Some of us work out of town a lot (me included) so aren't available all the time.

If you need help PM the people willing to help. When in your area, arrange a time with someone who is willing to help. If you are traveling, contact those willing to help before you head out and let them know when you'll be heading through their area so if you have a problem you'll know if they will be available.

In the Prince George area of B.C., Canada, contact me for assistance. I have a trailer with a Suburban tow vehicle and 1500 sq. ft. shop with tons of tools.

Lets get this world-wide. Anyone with knowledge and experience, no matter where you are, that may have time and ability to help their fellow Swifters.

I have from time to time I have done automotive work for other members in Greater Vancouver area. I have a very broad range of mechanical skills, but I'm not doing larger jobs (clutch/tranny/engine swap/etc) right now due lack of garage space. But if YOU have space, I can lend a hand.

Serving free sarcasm to s.e. Missouri and surrounding regions... I'm more helpful with troubleshooting than I am with tools currently because of my shortage of clockspace; but I have lotsa parts, (metro/swift/sami/kick/tracker) and have 12 yrs experiance working on these cars. If your close enuf, I'll lend a hand. If your a lil' further out, I'll spit the best advice I can. I'm pretty good friends with the owners of most of the salvage yards around here; AAAAND, my Mom says I'm a good catch.
