 Post subject: megasquirt base tuning

working on a supercharged g10 sequential setup. just wondering if anyone running MS has a base tune i can work off? thanks

you'll find that there really is no base tuning file that will do you any good for megasquirt.

you start from scratch with the software version you plan to use and then start to work through the set up. the first panel asks for engine information, injector number and capacity, etc. that panel also has a calculator that figures out your required fuel and puts it into the proper field.

by the time you work through the set up and save it, every time you start megatune or tuner studio it loads that "project" as your msq file. you start with something that should give you an idle and start tuning from there.

unless a person is running exactly the same equipment as you are, their tuning file would hurt you more than help you.
