So, I am in the process of putting a 93 1.0 Geo metro into my buggy but am having an issue with it. When "flooring" the gas, the motor won't rev up and acts like it about to die and loses power in the motor (wont Rev). At this point, if I let go of the gas and push it in very slow, I can stop if from dieing and drive. I can't even pass about 3K RPM.

As I am putting this in a little buggy, I have removed all vacuum hoses but the one going to my MAP. The TPS and MAP both show within the correct power/ground voltage.

Anyone have any other idea on what to check?

Fuel pressure? Show us some pictures of what you have and give us some more background on the build. Strictly because this seems to be a custom build and it will help in diagnosing.

In the below picture, I have connected C (Map) to E. I have also fixed my 2 water (Heater lines??) as well. Besides that, everything else is just capped off.

My fuel is at about 10-14 PSI Even when reving.

10 to 14lbs sounds pretty low for these engines. Do a search, I think it should be 3 times that or more. Make your pictures smaller.

ralph is right, you should have around 60 psi from the pump, dead headed, and the system pressure should be around 36 psi with the engine operating.

it sounds to me like your fuel pump is bad.

might have jumped the Timing belt
better have a look at the timing belt crankshaft gear pully
you Might have issues

Fuel pressure is fine. Tbi geos run low pressure, 10-14 sounds about right. Only the multi port models run the higher pressures. Do check that crank key way. Its common, and also nice to make sure it's checked and torqued with a new seal to prevent leaks or keyway issues in the future.
