I also read somewhere on this site that the B2200 mirrors were a direct bolt on for the MK1, but I thought they were talking about similar years.
Maybe these are the same, but if you are going to buy, check and see if the are the same part number as the 87 B2200.
One advantage was the swing action, IIRC.

Once you get the cars dialed-in (compression, leaks, bearings, alignment, brakes) swap in new rubber and glass, you've got something which should last for years!

Yeah, they're the same, so you should be good to go.
For $13.40 black or $11.77 you'll get a mirror that should bolt right up and you'll have the option to fold it.

BTW, if you get into a bind, the heater blower motor resistors on the Mazda will swap in to the Chevrolet Sprint with little or no modification to the resistor casing.

(Shhh...don't tell my vapor trail... )

I tried to cover mine with 3M di-noc CF vinyl, but I don’t like the look....I think clear coating them spoiled it for me.

I’m now looking to replace them with some F1 styled mirrors for the minimalist look, but all I can find of good quality are the TC Motorsports one.....a bit pricey at $164.00 though!

You can get a very similar look with motorcycle (sportbikes) mirrors very cheap...

Yeah but I think the cost of the craft square ones are because they are authentic carbon fiber ones made with blue glass.

Do they have an application chart? If not, maybe you can send them an email to enquire.
