Hi,

I'm about to give a set of factory "silver" 7 spoke alloys a make-over but have hit a wall trying to duplicate the factory "gun metal grey" colour as per our Swifts and not Suzuki Cappuccino as i am starting with. I have looked through the team swift galleries and found a couple of pics but not close enough or in the right light, resolution to really get the colour right. I'm keen to see a range of pics from you guys which show these wheels well enough that i can forward to my painter to match up near perfectly.

Please post em up, would like to only see original unrestored painted wheels to avoid any confusion with wrong colours.

Thanks in advance.

I've got a picture but it is pretty crappy lighting wise and won't help you match the colour...

Thanks anyway NZ, let me know if you can arrange something which is OK to use. I've been through all the galleries both here and on Redline last night (seriously took a looong time) and nothing really good to use at this stage.

Thanks NZswift, I've saved it and will take to the painters next week. The glare on the front wheel is a problem but the 2nd wheel might help a little, thanks for the pic, my only hope so far!

If anyone else has a pic handy it would help a lot.

cheers

Adrian

Thanks strider, both of those pics are of repainted wheels? Would you happen to have a close up pic of an unrestored wheel?
